Abstract: 

The article is connected with everyday verbal internet-statuses of American college students on “Facebook”. The author singles out different types of internet-statuses: affective (emotional) aimed at “everybody” and implicit (devoted to a particular person), informative, situational (locative). Posting statuses is viewed from the psycholinguistics as a need to “share”, “scatter”, “disperse”, “express” different states in the internet-society on the subconscious level.
